MCBA Advanced Level

The MCBA® Advanced Level concentrates on solutions development, management, elicitation, collaboration, requirements lifecycle management, evaluation, the tasks and the techniques, that a business analyst performs to define the fit solution.

The advanced level trainee learns how to perform elicitation, communicate information, and manage stakeholders collaboration, how to trace, maintain, prioritize, assess and approve requirements, how to measure solution performance, analyze performance measures, assess solution limitations, asses enterprise limitations, and recommend actions to increase solution value and how he leads the other MCBAs in performing the business analysis activities.

The holder of The MCBA® Advanced Level is an excellent solution engineer and a professional project business analyst.

The MCBA® program in the advanced level provides three types of training courses:

The first type is workshops about “Techniques” and the training sessions are:

  • “Analysis Techniques, Advanced 1” 14 hours
  • “Analysis Techniques, Advanced 2” 14 hours
  • “Analysis Techniques, Advanced 3” 14 hours

The second type is about the tools and technology and the training courses are:

  • “Microsoft Outlook, Expert Level” 8 hours
  • “Microsoft PowerPoint, Expert Level” 8 hours
  • “Microsoft Project, Expert Level” 8 hours

The third type is about the business analysis and the training course is:

  • “Elicitation and collaboration” 14 hours
  • “Requirement Lifecycle Management” 8 hours
  • “Solution Evaluation” 14 hours
  • “Solution Architecture” 21 hours
  • “Solutions Development Management” 28 hours

The MCBA® Program requires passing the Advanced Level Exam, a multi-choice quiz, 60 questions, 105 minutes, to move to the next level “Expert Level“.
