Alsawadi has more than two decades of professional experience in the areas of developing and managing strategies, project management offices, corporate performance management, business processes, business analysis, enterprise architectures, change management, lean management, and business innovation. He has worked with several governmental, profit and nonprofit organizations in various sectors of business in diverse environments and cultures.

He graduated from De Montfort University (DMU) where he has earned a Ph.D. degree in Organizational Learning and Best Practice Adoption. Moreover, has earned M.Sc. degree in Information and Computer Science with high honor from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). In addition, he has earned B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering with also high honor. Additionally, Alsawadi has several professional accreditations and certificates such as TOGAF 9, KPIs Professional, PMP, Prosci, ITIL, Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis, and Business Model Generation. Currently, he is a member of several international professional organizations such as Saudi Council of Engineers, The Association of Business Process Management Professionals, Project Management Institute, International Institute of Business Analysis, and The Open Group.

With extensive experience, Alsawadi has a consistent aim to exceed the expectations of the customers in commitment, quality of work and communication skills that contributed in many success stories to develop and execute strategies and enterprise architectures in many public and private sectors. Among these success stories, Alsawadi provided management consultancy services to Saudi Industrial Property Authority (Modon), Al-Riyadh Regional Municipality, Ministry of Justice, General Commission for Survey, United Motors Company, Advance Modern Systems, Taawun Charity and Noreen Center for Charitable Training.
